Back in July 2017, Sasha joined Oakenhurst as one of our Administrators. Now, she is our Senior Customer Support Executive and the main point of contact for a lot of our customers, ensuring all customer requirements are met and answering any customer queries that come our way. And occasionally, this is accompanied by chasing and annoying the engineers about completing units.
Q. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
A. I’d learn to ice-skate because I’m a massive wimp and it’s one of my biggest fears
Q. What would you name the auto-biography of your life?
A. The life of a drama queen
Q. If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?
A. Sleeping beauty because then I can sleep a lot
Q. What’s your favourite activity/leisure?
A. Saying I’m going to the gym… and then never actually going 🙂

A. Drying up

A. Favourite film is Love Actually
Q. What do you like about working at Oakenhurst?
A. The people who work here & getting to meet and speak to our customers. Plus, finishing at half 4 every day makes such a difference!
