A number of deals and partnerships were announced at this year’s event. One of which saw Apple Aviation chosen by Boeing to provide GoldCare support;
“As a Tier 1 partner in Boeing GoldCare, Apple Aviation will provide future line and base maintenance, plus AOG service support under its EASA/FAA 145 authorisation to Boeing 737MAZ and 787 Customers”
Magnetic MRO, based in Estonia, also received GoldCare status with their CEO Risto Mäeots stating
“We are very proud and excited to be endorsed as a partner by the world’s leading airplane designer and manufacturer. Our relationship with Boeing has evolved over the last two decades due to increasing number of satisfied customers and the variety of their fleet.“
Rotable Repairs set the background music with their ear-catching Return To Wonderland installation. Meanwhile, across the hall, cork popping and chocolate bar munching could be heard as Oakenhurst held our first and very successful golden ticket prize draw.
