Congratulations to A J Walters on a superb batting display that won them the coveted shield! Facilities & Accounts Manager, Martin Sanderson with a summary of the annual event:

“We held our annual Kwik Cricket tournament at Roffey Cricket Club, this being the 7th year of our cricketing extravaganza.

Whilst not as lucky with the weather as in previous years, it was nonetheless a successful event and at least nobody got sunburnt.

Thanks as usual to all of our customers, friends and colleagues that attended on the day and also a big thank you to all of the members of Roffey Cricket Club for the help that they give us in putting this day together.

The worthy winners this year were AJW Aviation, the first team to ever win the magnificent Peter Caudell Shield for a second time. Congratulations and well done to the AJW team.

The day raised over £500 for the Chestnut Tree House Hospice, which is really the most important thing.

Thank you all again and we look forward to seeing you next year.”
