As our customer base grows, we’ve been investing in the team that supports them. Acting as the interface between Engineering and end-user requires solid technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills. We’re delighted that Sasha, Selma and Lesley can build on the great reputation Oakenhurst have for client feedback!
Senior Customer Support Executive
Sasha leads the team with an understanding of Oakenhurst’s engineering capability, combined with a passion for helping fulfil our customer’s critical requirements.

Selma brings a wealth of experience in customer care. Her primary focus is to ensure support is delivered to the highest standard, throughout the entire repair cycle.
