As the newest Oakenhurst site nears completion, it’s staff visit our HQ in Rayleigh to undergo Product, Quality and System Management training. Equally important is building a close relationship between the international teams. Capability expansion will benefit from the strong links forged now.

Olga holds an extensive knowledge of the MRO sector and has, over the last 14+ years, worked within Part-145 and Part-147 frameworks. Olga’s familiarity with logistics, quality assurance, and staff training will be fully utilised as the facility grows to match an increasing customer base.

An established Workshop Manager, EASA Licensed & Certified on airframe, component, and NDT. Sergey’s roots in aircraft maintenance will lead the engineering team’ success from the ground up.

Senior Workshop Technician
Leonid has over 10 years experience maintaining avionic, radio, IFE, and computing equipment, including both workshop test-beds and aircraft-based operations. The skill set needed for the role of Senior Workshop Technician aligns perfectly with Leonid’s background.
